Employee highlight! Cindy Hathaway has been here at Tendercare for over 20 years, and was a CENA before she accepted the position as our transpotation specialist. She is also known as the “jack of all trades”, due to the various jobs that she takes on during any given day. She will be here at all hours of the day if a resident needs to be somewhere.
Cindy was born here in Ludington, and has lived here most of her life. She lived in Mississippi and South Carolina for a few years before deciding to move back to Ludington. Cindy is very kind, giving, and a compassionate soul. She thinks of others before herself. If you see Cindy in the facility, please thank her for her dedication to our facility and the residents.
